COVID 19 Update
Based upon the World Health Organization’s determination that the current coronavirus event is pandemic in extent and our state and federal agencies actions in an effort to contain infection, your Board of Directors has taken the following actions:
Cancellation of all Stewart Hall social activities until further notice;
No new rentals accepted for Stewart Hall until further notice;
Telephone access only to office staff on duty;
Requests for Resale Certificates may be deposited in the “Mail Box” in front of office;
Arrangement to pick up a completed certificate can be made when notified by phone that it is available;
Building Permit packages may also be left in the “Mail Box” – and will be reviewed in as timely a manner as possible.
Voice mail messages will be responded to as soon as possible.
Reschedule of Monthly Board Meeting to March 28.
We regret the inconvenience to our fellow members and will return to normal activities as soon as possible.
In the meantime, be well and be prepared to help your neighbor should the need arise.
